“How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” A.A. Milne (Winnie-the-Pooh)
Thank you to all my wonderful patrons that have supported The Corazon through their love of film, poetry, comedy, Storytellers, playwrights, and, or music. It's been a special place for our community and for the people who appreciate the arts.
It is with sorrow and a heavy heart that I must sell The Corazon and want you to know that you have made it special and the memories are life long.
“Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending.” Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

The current commercial building was built in 1880 and housed many different businesses over the years.
It is considered to be one of the oldest brick buildings in the city, located downtown in historical Lincolnville. One of the first occupants was Butterfield’s Garage. At one time there was a bicycle repair shop on the south side of the building. E.J. Wishard, mayor of St. Augustine from 1933 to 1934, had his plumbing offices here for a time.
In the 1960’s, it was the business address for St. Johns Farmer's Supply, and the former Potbelly's.
Now it has become a local art house specializing in events, weddings, and films,
offering great food independently throughout the day. The building is located in the historic part of St. Augustine. The Cinema plays both First-Run and Independent Films and holds Film Festivals
throughout the year.
